How do I download my Amazon PPC report?
Follow these steps in Amazon Seller Central:
- Log in to Seller Central (sellercentral.amazon.com)
- Click Reports in the top navigation
- Select Advertising Reports
- Choose Report Type: Search Term
- Select a date range (last 30–90 days recommended)
- Click Run Report then Download
The file will be a .csv — that's exactly what AmzoraAI needs.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: 1 report per week, waste count shown after your first free report with full details.
Pro ($39/month): Unlimited reports, full keyword details with spend & weekly burn rate, Opportunity Engine to find keywords to scale, CSV export, and weekly email reports every Monday morning.
How accurate is the waste detection?
Our detection rules are deterministic — not AI. They've been tested on thousands of real campaigns. If a keyword spent money and generated zero sales for 7+ days, it's waste. No guessing, no black boxes. Every flag is explainable and auditable.
Do you access my Amazon account?
Never. We only analyze CSV files you upload manually. We cannot see your account, cannot make changes to your campaigns, and have no access to your Amazon credentials. Your CSV data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime via Gumroad (your payment processor). Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees, no hard feelings.
What's the refund policy?

How do I use negative keywords from my report?
After running your report, click Copy Negative Keywords to copy all waste keywords to your clipboard. Then:
- Go to Amazon Seller Central → Advertising → Campaign Manager
- Select the campaign you want to add negative keywords to
- Click Negative Keywords
- Paste your keywords and set match type (exact recommended)
- Save — done!
